Classes are kept deliberately small (max 7) so that I can offer individual attention and help you get your body to its perfect balance.

Ease and Restore ​​​
Release all your tension and stress in this gentle mix of releasing stretches, gentle movement and yin practice.
Breathing techniques, meditation and long held poses will open up both body and mind leaving you feeling relaxed and restored.

Yoga taster classs
If you're not sure yoga is for you, this FREE 1hr taster session is the perfect chance for you to find out.
The small group size (max 7 participants) means there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and learn more about this wonderful practice.
To grab your space just click on 'book now' below.
Mats are provided. Please wear something comfortable that you can move in freely (eg leggings and a t-shirt) and bring a jumper for the cool down phase at the end of the practice.
