Classes
Classes are kept deliberately small (max 7) so that I am able to offer individual attention and help you to get your body to its perfect balance. A balance that comes from within, one we find through our breath, our movement and our thoughts.
Classes are held in the small studio at Pitshanger Health and Fitness


Introduction to Yoga course
5 weeks - 18 Sept-16 Oct 2025 (Thursdays)
If you are new to yoga this series of 5 classes is for you.
Week 1: breath, intention and basic poses
Week 2: setting a solid foundation and sun salutations
Week 3: alignment and hip openers
Week 4: balance, inner energy and twists
Week 5: inversions and flowing sequences
Thursdays 6pm (1hr)
£60 for the whole course (5 class credit)
or £15 per session
