DO I NEED TO BE A GYM MEMBER TO JOIN YOUR CLASSES?
You don't need to be a member of Pitshanger Health and Fitness to take any of my classes.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time. If the gym door is closed please knock and you will be let in.

I HAVEN'T DONE YOGA BEFORE. WHERE DO I START?
I run an Introduction to Yoga course several times a year. The next is planned for Sept/Oct and is a great option if you are a complete beginner, as it gives you a great foundation from which to explore any of the other classes. If you want to get started sooner, why not come to one of my regular classes (free) and see what you think?

WHAT DO I WEAR?
Some people wear baggy, loose fitting bottoms and a t-shirt. Other people wear tight stretchy leggings and tops. The only thing that matters is that you wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move and stretch in. We practice barefoot so no need for special socks or trainers.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Mats and blocks are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Bring a jumper and socks for relaxation, when the body cools down.
